The Patients’ Voice is the forum where patients, their families and friends can participate in a wide variety of market research projects about healthcare and medicine generally.

Over the last few years people like you have had a greater say in the kinds of medical treatment you or the people you love receive. The types of treatment options have increased especially with the growth of non-prescription medication and alternative medicine. Equally, many patients and their carers are far better informed than they once were about their conditions.
This is one of the reasons that the government, pharmaceutical companies and physicians are more aware that they need to improve how they communicate with you and also to find out what you think and need, both now and in the future. This is where The Patients’ Voice comes in.

The Patients’ Voice allows you to be heard. It gives you the opportunity of becoming a voice; it keeps you informed and offers you the means to understand better your treatment options through participation in market research.

To thank you for your participation in research projects, in almost all cases we will offer you some kind of reward. This could be in the form of cash, a gift or occasionally a copy of the research results. So far the largest reward has been £500 for one study.
